BY THE SEA RESORTS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Quoted rates are based on single or double occupancy. A $10 fee will be added to the rate for each additional adult occupying a room. Kids under 17 and staying with a parent or guardian stay free. All guests must be 18 or older unless a parent or guardian is also occupying the room.
Guests under the age of 25 are required to pay a $100 per person cash damage deposit at check-in ($200 minimum). Damage deposit totals are determined by the number of people occupying a room, not to exceed the room’s capacity. For example, 1 person would have to pay the minimum of $200. 6 people would pay the $400 maximum. The damage deposit is refundable at check-out once the room has cleared inspection.
Guests must provide government issued ID.
A deposit of one night’s stay is required to reserve any room. The deposit and balance can be paid with cash, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks or cashier’s checks. Personal and business checks will only be accepted when they are received more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
Reservations must be canceled more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date or the deposit of one night’s stay is forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Holidays, special event dates and weekends may require a minimum length of stay.
The guaranteed check-in time is 4 p.m. If rooms are available prior to that time, our staff will be happy to check guests in early. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
