Candlewood Suites will become part of the By the Sea Resorts portfolio of 9 hotels (Legacy, Ocean Breeze, Beach Tower, Beach Break, Chateau, BeachComber, Sugar Sands and LaQuinta PCB/Thomas Drive)), 2 retreats (Shalimar and Beachcomber Retreat), 4 restaurants (ShrimpBoat Restaurant and 3 Barefoot Restaurants) storage facility, Surf Side Commercial Laundry (PCB) and Bay Shores Commercial Laundry in Robertsdale, AL. We also have more hotel projects in the pipeline. By the Sea Resorts is a growing company that is also undergoing a full PIP, complete renovation and FF&E projects to multiple properties.
In addition we are very pleased to announce the appointment of Rodwick “Red” Sternberg as the General Manager for Candlewood Suites. Red has been with By the Sea Resorts as Director of Housekeeping for 5 years. Red has much experience as a General Manager with several brands including IHG.
