Guest and Employee Well-Being
The safety, security and comfort of our guests and employees is always our main priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional precautions and have increased the number of times a day that we clean high-contact areas such as our front desk counters, elevator buttons, and door handles. Our front desk clerks, maintenance and housekeeping personnel have all been trained on our updated procedures. As new guidance comes out from the CDC or the Florida Department of Health, we will update and follow their guidance.
You can do your part, too. As the CDC recommends, frequently wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with warm water and soap and if that is not available, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Housekeeping Protocol for Holiday Terrace, Beach Tower, Chateau, Beachcomber and Sugar Sands
By the Sea Resorts does not enter guest rooms for housekeeping during your stay. Guests may request towels or linen, bathroom tissue and trash bags by calling the front desk. Housekeeping will bring to your door and exchange linen/retrieve trash but will not enter rooms.
Group Gatherings/Spatial Distancing
Per the CDC, no groups of more than 10 people should congregate. The CDC also recommends spatial distancing of 6 ft.
